The PJC Faculty Association is an association of college faculty members and is the exclusive bargaining agent for the faculty unit specified by the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission.Both the PJCFA and the college Board of Trustees are committed to providing an exemplary educational program forthe citizens of Northwest Florida. They recognize the ability to achieve that goal through a relationship of mutual trust, confidence, and open discussion.
