 Welcome to the Allied Health Department

The Allied Health Department provides health and emergency service education programs to meet the needs of a highly diverse and dynamic health care community. The goal of our programs is to graduate learners who excel in state-of-the-art performance capabilities while demonstrating professionalism consistent with the Code of Ethics in all aspects of excellent health and emergency care. Our programs are designed to accommodate the adult worker as well as the aspiring high-school student interested in a health care career.

FEE PAYMENT FOR SPRING TERM 2010

Spring term 2010 (Session A, B, C and D): Fees are due by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Registration schedules that remain unpaid by the deadline will be canceled. Registrations processed on or after January 5 must be paid by the close of business on the day of registration.

AA Degree CLAST Requirements Changed

The State of Florida Legislature has repealed the requirement to pass the College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) in order to be awarded an associate in arts degree. This change goes into effect for any student earning the associate in arts degree after June 30, 2009. more ...
