 Welcome to the Culinary and Hospitality Management Department

The Center for Culinary and Hospitality Management has program offerings that prepare and equip the graduates for a profitable and exciting career in the hospitality and food service industries. You may choose to pursue an A.A.S. degree in Culinary Management, an American Culinary Federation certified program, or perhaps a career in Hospitality Management appeals to you. This A.S. /A.A.S. course work in hospitality and tourism, including lodging and restaurant management, may be your avenue to success in this multi-billion dollar industry. FEE PAYMENT FOR SPRING TERM 2010

Spring term 2010 (Session A, B, C and D): Fees are due by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Registration schedules that remain unpaid by the deadline will be canceled. Registrations processed on or after January 5 must be paid by the close of business on the day of registration.

AA Degree CLAST Requirements Changed

The State of Florida Legislature has repealed the requirement to pass the College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) in order to be awarded an associate in arts degree. This change goes into effect for any student earning the associate in arts degree after June 30, 2009. more ...
