Welcome to Building Construction Specialist (BLDG-CT)

This certificate is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level positions working for architects, engineers, contractors and building officials. Students will gain knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and general construction processes and procedures.

FEE PAYMENT FOR SPRING TERM 2010

Spring term 2010 (Session A, B, C and D): Fees are due by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Registration schedules that remain unpaid by the deadline will be canceled. Registrations processed on or after January 5 must be paid by the close of business on the day of registration.

AA Degree CLAST Requirements Changed

The State of Florida Legislature has repealed the requirement to pass the College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) in order to be awarded an associate in arts degree. This change goes into effect for any student earning the associate in arts degree after June 30, 2009. more ...
