American College Test (ACT)
The ACT is a widely accepted test used to assess high school students' general educational development and help determine their ability to complete college-level work.
- Multiple-choice questions cover four skill areas:
- English.
- Reading.
- Mathematics.
- Science.
- Optional Writing Test measures skills in planning/writing a short essay.
All students attending college for the first time must submit placement test scores that are less than two years old.
